Hi [First Name], I just wanted to say a huge thank you for bringing your little one down to the pop-up yesterday. We had over 80 families join us on the day and we were genuinely overwhelmed by the warmth, the energy, and the incredibly positive feedback we received. Seeing so many children laughing, exploring, and taking those first swings was everything I built TigerTOTS for. I hope you and your child had as much fun as we did.

It is packed with useful information designed specifically for parents, practical insights and guidance to help you give your child more opportunities to get active, build a love of movement, and develop a healthy relationship with physical activity from the very earliest age.

Moments like yesterday remind me exactly why I do this. There is nothing I find more fulfilling than helping parents and children build a genuine, lasting relationship with sport and physical activity. It is not work to me. It never has been.

At the heart of TigerTOTS is movement and mobility, it is why this program was created. We cannot solve everything in a 40-minute session, but we can help and support you as you grow and develop as parents.
