By accessing our website or making a booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

TigerTOTS Golf offers structured parent-child participation golf programs for children aged 2–5 years, including group classes at partner venues and private at-home sessions across the UAE. All programs are subject to availability.

• All bookings are made online via our website and are subject to availability.
• Payment is required in full at the time of booking via our secure payment provider (Stripe).
• Prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable, in compliance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 8 of 2017 on Value Added Tax.
• A booking is only confirmed upon receipt of full payment and a confirmation email.
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions and will notify you as soon as practicable in such cases.

We are confident that your child will love the TigerTOTS Golf program. If, after attending the first session of a booked program, you or your child feel it is not the right fit, we will provide a full refund of all remaining sessions.

• To be eligible, you must attend the first session and notify us within 48 hours of its completion by emailing play@tigertotsgolfae.com.
• The cost of the first session attended will be retained; the cost of all remaining sessions in the program will be refunded in full.
• This guarantee applies to first-time bookings only and may not be combined with any coupon, discount, or other promotional offer.
• Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

TigerTOTS Golf offers one complimentary free trial session per family, subject to the following conditions:

• The free trial is limited to one session per email address. Each family is entitled to a single free trial, regardless of the number of children.
• Free trial sessions are available at selected locations and times only, as published on the TigerTOTS Golf website. Availability is subject to change without notice.
• No payment details are required to book a free trial session.
• The free trial session is non-transferable and has no cash value.
• TigerTOTS Golf reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a free trial session at any time. In such cases, we will endeavour to offer an alternative date or location.
• A parent or legal guardian must be present and actively participate in the free trial session, consistent with the standard program requirements.
• All standard health, safety, and liability terms (Sections 7 and 8) apply equally to free trial sessions.
• Photography and media consent is requested separately during the booking process and applies to free trial sessions.
• Booking a free trial session does not create any obligation to purchase a full programme.

• Cancellations made 7 or more days before the first session: Full refund minus any transaction fees.
• Cancellations made 3–6 days before the first session: 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the first session: No refund.
• If TigerTOTS Golf cancels a session due to circumstances within our control, a full refund or reschedule will be offered.
• Sessions cancelled due to adverse weather, force majeure, or venue issues outside our control may be rescheduled at our discretion, with no automatic entitlement to a refund.
• Refund requests must be submitted in writing to play@tigertotsgolfae.com.

• A parent or legal guardian must be present and actively participate in all TigerTOTS Golf sessions. This is a core part of our program.
• You confirm that your child is in good health and fit to participate. If your child has any medical condition, injury, or special need, you must inform us before the session.
• TigerTOTS Golf reserves the right to exclude any participant from a session if their participation poses a risk to themselves or others.
• For at-home sessions, you are responsible for ensuring the session area is safe, clear of hazards, and meets the minimum space requirement of 15ft x 15ft.

• Participation in TigerTOTS Golf sessions is at your own risk. TigerTOTS Golf and GW Sports will not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation, except where caused by our gross negligence.
• We are not liable for any loss or damage to personal property during sessions.
• Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant booking.

During the booking process, you will be asked to provide consent for the use of photographs and videos taken during sessions. This content may be used for quality improvement, video analysis, and marketing purposes. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us in writing.

We collect and process personal data in accordance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data. Your data is used solely for booking administration, service delivery, and communications you have consented to. We do not sell or share your data with third parties without your consent, except as required by law. For questions about your data, contact play@tigertotsgolfae.com.

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and program materials, is the property of GW Sports / TigerTOTS Golf and is protected under applicable UAE and international intellectual property laws. Reproduction or use without prior written consent is prohibited.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE. We encourage resolution of any disputes amicably in the first instance by contacting us at play@tigertotsgolfae.com.
