Our Beliefs

TigerTOTS Golf Philosophy

At TigerTOTS Golf, we believe early experiences in sport should build the whole child — not just a swing.

Our program is designed to develop confident movers and resilient young athletes through a fun, games-based introduction to golf.

Movement First. Sport Second.

We begin by developing the foundations of movement, mobility, and athleticism. Before a child learns to "play golf," they learn to move well.

Through rolling, balance challenges, coordination games, and dynamic play, children build body awareness, stability, and control — the physical base that supports not just golf, but all future sport and activity.

At TigerTOTS Golf, we believe golf is a vehicle — not the destination.

Our primary focus is developing physical literacy:

The confidence, competence, and motivation to move well for life. We use golf as the tool to build athletic foundations that support every sport, every playground, and every stage of development.

Physical Literacy is the Foundation

Before technique. Before competition. Before score.

We develop the essential building blocks of movement, mobility, balance, coordination, and spatial awareness. Through rolling-based activities, dynamic games, and structured play, children learn to:

  • Control their bodies
  • Understand direction and distance
  • Develop stability and posture
  • Improve hand-eye coordination
  • Build rhythm and timing

"When children move well, they learn well. When they feel capable in their bodies, confidence follows."

Movement Creates Athletes

TigerTOTS is not about creating early specialists. It is about creating adaptable, capable movers.

Long-term sport participation

Injury resilience

Skill transfer across multiple sports

Lifelong enjoyment of physical activity

Golf becomes the environment where these athletic qualities are developed naturally and progressively.
